______________________________ DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND POLICIES ______________________________
Most orders for SAME DAY delivery can be delivered within 2 hours from the time order confirmation is received for most orders under $250. For larger orders between $250-$500 may take longer to deliver depending on our availability.
Orders will be delivered within the approximate time as you specified. But we are unable to meet the EXACT specified time of delivery due to the fluctuation of city traffic. All orders MUST have an actual address for delivery. We cannot deliver to a post office box, APOs, planes, trains, concert venues or cemeteries. Please note that all deliveries take place between normal business hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM MON-SAT & SUN 9AM-3PM
HERE ARE THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY HOURS:
1. SAME DAY delivery - orders MUST place between 6:00AM-2:00PM Mon-Sat for delivery within 2 hours. Or customer can choose a later delivery time between Mon-Sat 8:00AM-4:00PM, Sun 9:00AM-3:00PM; except holidays.
2. NEXT DAY delivery - orders placed between 2:01PM-6:00PM Mon-Sat will be delivered the next following day between 8:00AM-4:00PM. Or customer can choose a later delivery time between Mon-Sat 8:00AM-4:00PM, Sun 9am-3pm, except holidays.
3. Customers visit our website store from 6:01PM-5:59AM will NOT be able to order for the SAME DAY delivery and he/she only has the LIMITED daily inventory for NEXT DAY delivery. However, he/she can order as many as he/she would like for FUTURE delivery, which is a 36 hour from the time the order submitted.
Note: if orders placed after 6:00PM, you will have 2 inventory systems to choose from. For NEXT DAY delivery, the inventory is LIMITED; you can buy whatever we have available at the time. For FUTURE delivery, the inventory is UN-LIMITED as long as you select the delivery time 36 hours later.
The following observed holidays are New Year’s, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
__________________ CANCELLING ORDERS __________________
All sales are final for same day and next day deliveries. NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS accepted for same day and next day deliveries.
Cancellations of order for SAME DAY and NEXT DAY deliveries are not accepted.
Cancellations of order for FUTURE delivery must be notified within 6 (six) hours from the time the order submitted.

After placing an order, you will receive an email and telephone confirmation. If you do not receive either confirmation, please contact us immediately and refer to the order number on your order. Please remember to print your confirmation for future reference.
______________________ PRICING & DELIVERY FEES ______________________
All prices are shown and delivery charges are calculated based on your ONLINE ONLY purchase. For instance, if the total of ONLINE ONLY purchase is less than $15, delivery charge of $5 will be added to your subtotal. If your ONLINE ONLY purchase is more than $15, delivery is FREE.
Note: Belwood Cafe, Inc and Belwood Bakery Cafe are solely separate companies. Belwood Cafe, Inc offers FREE delivery service based on the amount of ONLINE ONLY purchase stipulated above; where as Belwood Bakery Cafe does NOT offer delivery service at all.
________ PAYMENT ________
We accept credit cards and cash. Credit cards payments options are available to customers who currently have an account with us. Credit cards will be charged after a delivery has been made. We offer our customers a choice of paying with cash/check (COD) at the time we deliver. Even if you have a credit card profile with us, a credit card charge will not be made when cash is selected as payment.
